Lisa is a menstrual health practitioner helping women to live cyclically and connect to the psychological and spiritual energetics of the menstrual cycle. She specialises in working with women suffering with PMS and PMDD, helping them to manage symptoms naturally through menstrual cycle awareness and other somatic practices. She is also the founder of The Red Rebel Collective delivering menstrual health education to businesses, schools and organisations. They also have their own radio station, Red Rebel FM, which supports emerging underground women and other underrepresented individuals in the DJ and producer space while further raising awareness of PMDD.
