Half-Day Dwellbeing Retreat

  • The Windmill Community Gardens Margate (map)

This half day Dwellbeing retreat will be a chance to connect to the Gardens, to the local natural environment and relax while being guided to observe and interact with the beauty of nature. This will be the first in a series of retreats, following the seasons so that you can connect with the gardens as it changes through the year.

A little more info:
Dwell- to live in or at a specified place
Wellbeing- the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy
Dwellbeing is about using nature and creativity for wellbeing, in the places where we live. More details and examples here: https://www.people-to-place.co.uk/

Dwellbeing retreats are ever evolving creative and wellbeing retreat experiences that we can relax into and recharge ourselves from.
To put it simply, a Dwellbeing retreat is a chance to give yourself time and space to connect to nature, your creativity and in community.
Clare aims to create a cosy, nurturing space in which we can relax, recharge and refresh.

This August will be the first Dwellbeing experience in Dane Valley, and there will be future Dwellbeing afternoons in Autumn, Winter and Spring, creating the opportunity to connect with the space throughout the seasons and observe the change both in the environment, and ourselves.
