Two Day Greenwoodworking workshops with Sean Tillett
This is a two day workshop:
Saturday 12th October: 11:00 - 3:00 Using an axe and a straight knife, making a butter spreader.
Saturday 19th October: 11:00 - 3:00 Building skills from workshop 1. Using a hook knife, making a simple spoon.
Learn safe tool use for green woodworking. Led by Sean, these workshops are suitable for beginners, and will introduce you to the types of wood, tools, techniques and approaches to green woodworking that you need to create your very own, hand carved spoon and butter spreader.
These sessions are for ages 16 and up and under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
With 1:1 support and guidance, these sessions will be in small groups of up to 6 people, gentle and slow sessions so that you can learn and get used to the steps at your pace.

How much does this workshop cost?
We have 3 ticket price options:
Supported ticket for £0 (for people on low income, in or out of work)
Standard ticket for £20 (for people in employment or with a steady income)
Supporter ticket for £40 ( for middle to high earners with disposable income beyond cost of living)
